[ ...Whereas in the second pic, we see it with all or most of that hair/fur removed. ]

[ The change might be an improvement, and it might be not, but either way it will certainly be dramatic. ]

Fixed the skin quickly - left the old at the bottom.

Also don't ask about the strange neck - it isn't like she should be able to breath through all that wool ~

Sketch without many colors

. Only at the end I realized it was an albeit lightly stylized baby griffin pet, not actual alien creature

. So held back on colors but posted anyway
