battlefield butcher ideas, rescanned/included yesterdays sketch

anybody know how to make pencil scans look like digital ink?? you tube has a few tutorials but im not really getting that effect.

with work looming around the corner, i guess i'll call this done.
failled to do many things that i wanted in this which is great because now i have learnt the value of
composition, not simply designing the character but setting up the story with the invented character
takes planning.
