I see you have quite a few robots in your sketchbook. I can see why, as they are always fun to draw.

The Carnivale pic, where you have the old man sitting outside on a chair, is particularly striking. I really like the cartoon cel-look of the background, although I think the texture on the building and the lack of texture on the chair clashes with the beautiful rendering you see everywhere else.

the thumbnails look cool, those figures need a lot of work though, those perspective drawings look good, but yea, some serious figure drawing practice will do you good

Hey, it's great that you do pencil studies. Go on, drawn from life - real direct and personal observation of subject is much better then working from photos and before you know, you will get there.
