I will try to make at least one portrait a day and I will try to get better as I attempt to correct the damage that lack of practice has done.
    this one done yesterday

Hi, I like what i see so far, your gestures and your portraits are looking good, but trying going in and rendering the figures that you draw. Also don't stop and have year long breaks or whatever, the only way to get better is too constantly be working.

I wouldn't worry too much about rendering if you are just doing gesture drawings, since the goal is to get the spirit of the pose. But based on your last post you can render pretty well (as far as the face goes). Just keep drawing

    hi shypod

    glad too se you're posting.
your rendering is pretty nice. Concerning the eyes perhaps, you could render them more in order to avoid blurry effect. this would also direct the eyes into the eyes.

Nice start to a sketchbook. Looks like your using a soft brush for most of these paintings, try out a harder brush for your block in and once you get all of the shaping and value contrast between those shapes right, switch to the softer brush to finish. Keep it up.

    hi

this portrait is pretty nice. Watch out your proportions. always check , recheck again and again. The distance between nose and upper lips is a bit long. Your could easily shorten it by selecting the whole jaw and move it upward. His vest is also higher

Your color variation is a good point, keep up your good work.

Hi §Hy9oD, thanks for comment yes i use photoshop. Why did you ask?

keep on working! maybe try some landscapes or scenes instead constant poses and portraits.

Really nice figurative sketches, your portraits all kind of look just shy of finished--maybe try really getting a harder brush as suggested and knocking in some of those firmer details (hair highlights, texture details, etc) on one of them sometime? Admirable goal, a post a day--I wish you luck!

@takashmen I'm just curious ,Iam new to Photoshop I used to work with "sAI"

concernning the landscapes ,Im just focused on figurative but I will soon do so.
it will not be long before I will be fed up with figurative, Im beginning..
@kasei thanks for your kinds words and encouragements.
I used harder brush in my last portrait , but it's not visible enough ,apparently IM still working too much with soft brush without realising it .
that will takes some time to get used to.

I really like the energy and life in your studies.
Your lines could be a tad more confident and you could also be more daring when it comes to reflected light/saturation.
I also noticed that sometimes when you draw 3/4 views the eye turned a away from the viewer looks too much like you're looking at it from the front.
Maybe you could accentuate the browbone more and rethink the way you position the lids on the eyeball.

    Keep them coming
