An illustration, a concept of a half legendary, half historical pagan (heathen) priest Lizdeika ("Lizdas" in Lithuanian means "birds nest").
He is mentioned in a few historical documents, when Lithuania was still a pagan country (last in Europe, Christened only in 1387, retaining some pagan traditions to this day). He is also a character in the legend of founding of Vilnius, Lithuanias capital (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Vilnius).
According to legend, he was found in a hawk's nest.
