you are really cool...
I would like to make a critic but I will just say that.

nice sketchbook, i see you're very comfortable with drawing women...maybe try to create more masculine, rough characters? just a suggestion...anyway, keep it up![]()
Noomwolf: Thanks, if you have a critique you should say it
DaevidK: Thank you. Yeah I never finish pieces with men cause i get bored. :/
Some sketches!
And a more polished-ish drawing
Have a nice daynightmorninglife.

your doing a lot of cool studies! and the piece in #51 is sooo awesome! love it
but actually the studies of 90's master just remind me of one artist....i always forget his name but he gets a alot of bashing.
Cedule: Thank you! You're probably thinking of Rob Liefeld, he's definitely the worst but Michael Turner, Marc silvestrei, Randy queen, David finch, Jim lee, J Scott Campbell, Joe Mad and a ton of others i can't remember off the top of my head drew like that too. A lot of them grew to become pretty good but inthe 90's, not so much D8>
I really wanted to upload some drawings but my scanner isn't recognizing my computer- blehhh, have to figure it out but in the mean time here are some paintings that are like a month old:
I was messing around with style/process, it was a lot of funMy anatomy was really bad then, and in my last post too kind of, but i've gotten better in the last few days, been studying pretty hard soo...

Off to bed now a.k.a laying in bed and looking through everyone's sketchbooks until my eyes burn and i have to close them and instantly fall asleep, bye!
My scanner started working with my computer. Don't know why, but i hope it stays this way
Here are some sketches
I need to spend more time on these
They're all from imagination except fro the ones marked as "from ref".

Amazing stuff!! keeping an eye on this Thread!
youre sketchbook is marvelous! i just have to inquire, since you left the tidbit of advice in my own. How do you do it? like finish pieces so nicely and refined?
Your sketches are amazing! Like the poses and perspectives!
OH your improvement is amazing! and somehow scary. how can you possibly...?!
Now i see you make such beautiful outlines too.
And, about that smoothness doubt you had, i like your visible brushstrokes : ) they're lively.
I think it should go accordingly to an 'economy' principle;
few strokes may be enough in some parts of a piece, to set a focal point elsewhere (but I think you're already doing this fine), and because sometimes it's just better to stop and leave a piece as it is, you know.
studies are looking good and your imagination work looks very promising! great updates, keep at it!
Very cool stuff, LOVE the girl with the curly hair on the blue background. Keep up the good work.
So many great body and face sketches! Nice lines!
Much diversity in #65, they are goodies!![]()
Vedic: Thanks, I'd appreciate that
Marlo: Thank you! I'll tell you in your sketchbook cause you'll probably not see it if i just post it here
Natzetta: Thanks , I really try w/ perspectives, I'm glad it shows.
Chimico: Thank you, good sir. The economy principle was exactly what I've been going for lately. Hard to make it work for me though, i'm just so bad at being painterly, which is probably the only reason I really even want to be painterly.
Kevin_: Thanks you!
ScindoMedia: Oh thaanksI wan't even sure whether to post that one or not, glad i did.
Greenhouse: Thank you!!
Got tendinitis and my parents are kicking me out so I have to get a normal job. It would be fine, I am 19 afterall, but they made me waste so much time at school with the promise of not getting kicked out... and they had to do it right after I got tendinitis.
Whatever, I'm happy to be rid of them. They were shitty parent (even they admit it) anyway.
Some Illustrations:
Unfinished sketches:
I'm not religious... just throwing that out there.
I have better bigger stuff to post but it's all in the works. Hopefully it won't end up abandoned like this stuff.
Damn that Giant flying fish illustration is awesome : D
19 myself and wasting time in school, even though I don't want to even be there. Just want to quit and draw all day, but that ain't gonna happenprobably. Anyway keep posting your stuff, because it's always nice to see the progress of a promising artist. Can't wait to see how good you are a year from now so KEEP ROCKING!! : )

Fantastic work here, loving the BMO in 66 haha. How long do you spend on a piece until completion?
Papu: Thanks, man. I hope one day we can both not go to school and just draw all dayAnd I promise I will be so much better in a year.
Raminafshari: Thank you!
Magentis: Haha, thanks, I love bmo. The pieces with linework showing take like 2-5 hours. Finished paintings usually take 8 to 16 hours. If I spend any more than that I just end up moving paint/ not making any real changes. The actual painting process takes a really short amount of time for me, but I waste a lot of time testing stuff out. Like with the fish piece I painted 3 different outfits, 2 different faces, 3 different types of scales for the fish, 3 different backgrounds, 2 different fish shapes etc. and I just chose the ones I liked best. Bad habit I could probably fix by thumbnailing more. Long answer but... ya'know...
I realized I've only been doing studies for a little over 1.5 years ( I could have sworn it had been at least 3) and I've made more progress than I thought I would in my entire life so I'm kind of happy. Not satisfied at all but happy.
I felt like updating and these are the only pics I have converted to uploadable file types. Will have more soon. Just have to convert file types and scan stuff, but I'm sooooo lazy.
Please don't think I'm usually this bad, hhaha.

Lovely work! Thanks for sharing your process.
how is that whole tendinitis thing going? cant wait for your next big update! your gestures are very lovely and energetic, i really like that! i want more ;(
my sketchbook! Drawing like a maniac!!
My Blog
Destroy your weaknesses! theres nothing more to it! stop bitching grab that pencil and sketch Away!
Lumens: Thanks, no problem
LionheartGFX: Definitely better with the tendinitis thing. I can't paint with a million brushstrokes for 2 days straight like i used to but I rarely even want to do that anymore so it's not even a problem. And thanks, energetic gestures are really important to me, so that comment means a lot
Heyyy guys I just wanted to update here cause it's been a while.
The first 2 are things I was just working. I still have to color them, and I'll probs make some line work edits too. Been super into comic art lately:
All the rest are sketches and tests and old stuff:

Nice update, beautiful linework on those first two images and great hand studieskeep it up!
art is never finished, only abandoned~Leonardo da Vinci
ezekrialase: Thanks a lot, manOnly half of the hands are studies though, the other half are from imagination... I probably should have said that on the post.
Here are 2 things I did. I also colored one of the drawings from the last post but I don't want to deal with resizing it just to post it here so if you want to see it just go to my DA account or whatever. My CG hub account has it too but nobody even knows that account exists. Shit, I need to get better at promoting myself, ughhhhbutIreallydon'twanttoughhh.
BTw yeah i know she's really skinny, that was the point ಠ_ಠ
love your line art, awesome stuff man =)
