I really like the way you painted the skin on the first girl in post #156. You keep getting better and better! It's really inspiring. I have one critque, on your fancy white lady in post 163 I believe, her clothing looks like it's been vacuumed to stick to her skin or something, I used to have that problem too, with drawing clothing. You have to keep in mind that it doesn't necessarily follow the lines or curves of the body. It is a top layer, completely independent, the cloth has its own behavior and usually goes away from the body especially if it is a woven material as opposed to a stretchy knit. I just wanted to say that because the collar and rest of her clothes like the front opening in general could use some work to make it look more convincing. 
...just to remind you, I am sure you knew that already.
