Donät be afraid to use a little more contrast and colour in your images, the metal parts look a bit "fluffy" otherwise it looks good, really like the foot studies!

really like the last study and the way you crosshatch. I'd say keep doing more anatomy studies, from life if possible and more life drawings in general. Good start

Your last update is a nice one but a few things trouble me.
Her hair doesn't seem to follow the skull, it's too high. Unfinished too.
The folds of the pants are way too blurry, the other things are sharp.
The face features seem to be a bit tilted in relation to the chin.

In #3, the head looks good but the clothes aren't. They should show the body underneath (you should draw the whole body even if your figure is clothed) and the folds don't look natural either. They deserve some studies, there are quite a few very frequent type of folds.

Real great start to a Sketchbook. Loving the colour studies and the rendering on the key. Although the edges on some of the colour pieces can look quite blurry.

Other all however great stuff, keep pushing them colour studies and anatomy sketches, and most importantly keep updating!

    Hi matey

I agree with the posts above, this promises to be a great SB mate well done with the work so far. Those studies of the feet are really good I would also recommend you post some more anatomy studies and hands, these still need a bit of work mate. Thats the only crit I would put up mate and its only a minor one as its pretty good all round so far.

    all the best

It looks more like the other guy LET him chop his head off.
The background is REALLY blurry and apparently you didnt use a reference for this.
I say, use references unless you are good enough to draw without them and always make sure you set priorities in your picture.
What is most important ? There should be the most details and most contrast.
    In most cases it's a head/face.

Legs or feet for example are almost never a focus point and therefore much less detailed and well drawn, backgrounds too, except for when you draw environments, but in that case your character will be really rough.

No, this was just a split second. There wasn't enough time for the other guy to react and the proagonist's strength shut down all the opportunities for the target to survive.

And yes, this is just a rough painting. I'm just trying to study the actions. I may refine it later. Thank you for your attention and thoughts.

I don't know what's wrong with me, but I got a passion to draw the three pictures at one time. I did it. But now I can't wait until any of them are finished...so I'm posting a preview of them in advance. I know there are a lot of works left to do so far, and I will update them as soon as possible.

How much of the composition do you work on in the beginning stages.

I'm especially talking about the guy beheading the other guy. Right now, the composition is alright, but kind of boring really. It would be nice to see what it looks like with more diagonals in the poses because it doesn't feel like we happen to catch the black-haired guy in the act of beheading. When you draw, find different ways to show a scene. The poses are supposed to be action poses but the people are so horizontal and vertical that they don't look like we're seeing them in mid-action. It's fine for the 3 guys in the last to be so vertical because they aren't really doing anything. So yeah, if you aren't doing it already, looking up ways the human body moves in that situation will make the action more convincing.
Love means never having to say "you're a special snowflake."

Take a look at my sketchbook

Hi, NicoleWG. Thank you for your advice. I'm really keen on putting anything in action currectly and being able to rock people by the atmosphere and motions in my paintings.

Hi,Gibi. I'm glad that you like it. Yes, it is. I've found a photo on net as a reference and I painted the castle within my feelings. I'm sorry that you posted this a long time ago, but I reply you right now. And I know I've broken my promise to finish my works soon... Because I've set foot in a business that I don't think I will be able to meet more opportunities like that.

I know It's a waste for me to give up painting actively. But I don't think I have enough weight to win considerable gold via painting too. Reallity kills my passion.

Sorry, my bad! I didn't mean I would give up painting... I meant I wouldn't be able to pursue on active painting in a few month. Damn, I hate the time dimension...
