About the slideroom registration..

ive submitted my registration via slideroom
how would i know if i submitted my application?
The 1st msg it says transaction has failed then the next msg a duplicate has been submitted.
how would i know my registration is submitted?

it seems if you use slideroom your submission is sent when u get your receipt if not duplicate submission means nothing.
