    Listen To Me!

There's an interview with me on the latest episode of the Ninja Mountain Podcast. So you can listen to me talk about art and life, make bad jokes, and flog my summer class.

Also, my new website is up and running at tristanelwell.com, with lots of new and old work.

I find it strangely satisfying that the signature horse-in-flames is all over your front page...

(Site looks pretty spiffy, by the way.)

    ^...yes.

Also, I'd always imagined some kind of Disney villian voice. Nice interview either way.

At the moment you'll have to settle for a lawn chair, a door knocker, and some knitting (x2). Most of that stuff is so old I don't even have scans of it.

Slick site. And the podcast was nice and entertaining as well. I thought maybe the two other panelists were going to ask you questions at some point... but...

My family actually discourages art and so I went to a business high school instead of Laguardia Art School. It was the most regrettable moments of my life. The business classes were useless to me, I don't want to be an accountant! I wish I had a time machine. Now I went against my family and majored in Art and Advertising in CUNY City College of Technology (still wished I had gone to Laguardia, then maybe I would have worked on scholarships towards a better art college by having better art work). I am trying to make up for it by drawing for around 6 hours a day, but is that enough?

Vay, until somebody invents a time machine, regrets and maybes won't get you anywhere. Do what you can now. Will it be enough? Only one way to find out!
