2d Animator needed for Short Fantasy Film

You may have seen another post about the project, but we are heading in a little different direction now, check it out!

I am graduate film student at Florida
State University (http://film.fsu.edu/About-FSU-Film/Awards). I am
directing a short film this upcoming summer called "The Bell”. It is a
fantasy film in the vein of "Pan's Labyrinth." It is about a young
girl who seeks out a ancient creature, with wondrous powers, to save
her dying mother.

For the prologue of my film, I am trying to put together a 2.5D
animation/digital cell animation style (ie.flash or toonboom, ect). I
having the backgrounds made and have the compositors on my end, but I
need someone to animate the characters. The characters are already
roughly designed, so the conceptual part is already taken care of, but
they will need to be transferred into a different animation style . I
was hoping to have this animation style:

The whole animated sequence will be around 1 minute long, mainly with
2 characters. A third character, Vorago, is also already designed and
he "appears" in the animation, but only as a shadow, so we don't
really see him.

As I am student and I am financing this project myself, my budget is
limited. With that said, I am trying to build relationships with
artist for the future projects down the road when budgets are larger.
I hoping to have this film going out in the film festival circuit
around the globe, so a lot of people would be seeing your work!
