Hello everyone, my name is Jessica Jackson and I am 25 years old. My goal is to work in the illustration business hopefully doing anything along the lines of book covers, illustrations for short stories, magazine illustrations, comic covers or colors, or simple designs for products.

Feel free to leave any kind of feedback on not only my technical ability (or inability) but whether or not you feel I am marketable or more suited for a different kind of career.

Hey Jessica! I like your style. The images you posted are pretty different what makes the portfolio very versatile! Really like the roses piece, the first, the second, the third and the fifth. Looks good overall.

You have some beautiful lighting and colouring. I'd love to see more full body images.

Your technical ability is great.
compositions on a few feel like there is space that needs to be filled.
my eye ends up resting in a few places that don't have anything there.
If you make these open spaces point to other places, the viewer's eye can be taken through whatever path you like.
the guy looks crippled because some areas read a little to flat. and his foot looks off.
that media are # 1 and 5? I like them.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree I need to work on composition a lot more. 1 and 5 were done in Photoshop.
