1 Point perspective.

Woah buddy. this is actually 2 (perhaps 3) point perspective.
As a general rule: if you can see 2 planes, then you are dealing with two vanishing points.
In this image you are working with 3 points of perspective, but two points would work since the viewing angle is narrower.
What you did here was "forced/isometric perspective".
Keep up the good work.
I dont get it... please explain to me what you mean.. i used 1 banishing point, what do you mean by 2 planes??

Any object can have its own vanishing point in space. In this illustration you use one vanishing point for the entire image. And because your planes fall outside of the eye level you and beyond the vanishing point then your horizonal planes shouldnt be straight, they should converge aswell.
When i say forced i mean to say that at this distance the convergence would be slight so you can get by with setting your horizontals perpendicular. But the correct way would be to establish a vanishing point for each plane.
For this type of drawing its ok to do what you did. But its good to know the difference because more complicated illustrations could pose a problem.
I dont know if you're a member of Drawingforce, but Matthew Matessi has a great lecture on the topic. Also, i think the TAD store may have a good lecture as well.
Try doing trace overs of architecture using the line-tool in photoshop. Its prolly the best way to understand.
Whenever you see the "corner" of a cube you can be suere there is some degree of 2 point perspective going on. And typically 2 point perspective, even slightly, is going to be more natural for the composition.

I see, ill have to check my shit better before doing something like that, thanks,
Anyways... here is a Isometric perspective... hope it doesn't look forced too...

It sure feels lonely here, its been a long time since anybody commented.. either my art is so perfect and jaw drooping that people just cant find words to describe it, or is so bad that its causing heart attacks... COME ON PEOPLE, you could all at least say hi when you browse around my SB. pretty please??
Any how, here is some more perspective stuff with reflection

Cool perspective work, I thought that earlier piece was 1 point too, and then
I read that guys comment and I was like )8(. So ye think I'm gonna have to go and do some perspective studying.

Thanks for posting in my SB. I'll continue to work hard to get to higher levels. Thanks!

Alright, vacations have officially started, i'd like to start this drawing spree with the couple of sketches, 1 is a bunch of random faces, and the other one is mostly skin tone study, but damn the back is some complex piece of work.

Uo, mucho progreso en este sketchbook. Esas últimas figuras son buenísimas.
Lo único es que creo que el estudio del #148 se beneficiaría de algo más de variedad en los tonos, la piel nunca tiene un color tan uniforme.
