If we don't walk directly through the center, then I think it will be no problem. The BBQ is on a boat that's on the IJ (the big channel), so apart of a couple of boats coming by, playing YMCA music, it won't be a problem either.

I don't think there is much going on at the moment Occidental. Which doesn't mean it can't happen!
I've got a house which can store more than enough people for a sketchmeet, and is open to anybody. It is in Utrecht, and very easy to travel to for anybody who likes to come. So if anybody is interested I can set something up.

I moved last April with 3 friends into this house. This because we were able to get it very cheap, since it is 'anti-kraak'. Which is awesome, because we can do anything with it since it will be destroyed within a couple of years anyway.

So.. My parents live in Eindhoven, I go to school in Utrecht, and I live in Meppel

I can go anywhere haha

(But usually during the weekdays is better, because of OV student card, but I still have some kruidvat treinkaartjes lying here to use ^_^)

Man, it has been a while since last meeting.

I don't think I can arrange that location I last talked about at the TU/e any time soon (yeah, I know, must have been a year ago). I've been very busy and the contact with the teacher involved is becoming more difficult to keep up.

any idea's are welcome. Lets just come together on a saturday or sunday at a zoo, museum, coffe shop or whatever and draw some stuff.

It would be cool to go to a Nature museum with all kind of 'opgezette' animals. That would be inspiring. A zoo quickly costs around 18 euros. Museum usually cost half of that.

What about the weekend before Christmas? 18/19 Dec. It's the weekend everybody will get the two weeks off.

Any thoughts?

Yeah, I find the zoo a bit pricey too for what they offer. There is this Museum next to the Artis - it has a huge awesome collection of skulls and creepy fish. Its pretty nice for drawing. I even remember a mammoth - but maybe I imagine that

I think I could manage on the 14th. I'd prefer a Saturday over a Sunday. If we did it on the 14th, Thomas would be able to join us as well

What do you guys think? I'm up for an art museum or nature museum.

Saturday or Monday would be fine for me - only Sundays I cant, since I go paint.

Maybe someone here is an old Amsterdammer, and can figure out if I found the right museum. I was there on a museums night - dont know if on normal days you can only go in from the Zoo or so.

Oh whoops, sorry, I made a mistake. I can't on the 14. I didn't check if 14/15 were on saturday or sunday. But that means I'm able to go on the 12th or 13th. From the 18th onwards it's really no big deal, because of the Christmas Holidays.

I'm also for two meets, sure why not
