The cover artist who was going to do the covers, my friend Darran Douglas, is now unable to work on them, due to a conflict in his contract schedule and our deadlines. He has done the covers to most of the books I have illustrated, so this makes me very sad.
The amount to be paid for all three covers is $600...that is $200 per cover, paid after completion of book and after invoice by art team. Its important that we have one artist to do all three books.
We don't want to do the traditional comic art covers, which we could do if we were. We want a painted style...we are fine with digital artists. The covers have to have that cinematic feel.
