Ahh, you mean like emptying a bottle of food colouring around the roots of farthers favorite lilac bush... right?! :p

I don't have time to do one today, but here's a graphite/watercolor that I did about four years ago for a children's story. Figured it fit the descripion "strange events in the garden"

    Cheers,

A woodland sprite entertains a lily nymph by weaving magic.

DV8 - Sweet thumbnail and nice composition.

artistanbul - The first one is really nice... very cool style.

Mr Man - yep... you're gonna have to help me here. A birds eye?

JSlayer - Good idea. Cute gnomes.

jasonka - Like the way you have depicted the sun.

Oregano - Love the slugs texture and colour.

Its some sorta vortex in the garden, only a quick doodle.
I might do another pic to make up for it.

the garden of eden that is

gumdrop-again i love the brushes you're using in this pic.my only crit is that i'd made the girls butt more soft-means use another brush that isn't so scratchy.
kapturowski-only thing i don't like are the houses and the general background-looks too plain and lifeless.love the cat,she seems really to enjoy herself.

    Singing in the garden

Even though the afternoon was growing old, the boy and his tree kept singing their favourite songs.
