Hey hey, i like that you practice alot, but i have the feeling like you are getting too emotional with your drawings sometimes. Try to be more gentle and build up your tone more carefully. It's weird but we get faster by going slow first.
Also, try using the side of the pencil more while rendering it will help to get larger areas cover faster and it's easier to maintain a consistant gradations that way.
