Incredible...
The eyes especially
Really nice. I think you should still airbrush it and show it to us.![]()
LOL!
What did you use for armature? And what's the actual size?

Thanks for the comments!
Gray: Yeah who knows maybe i'll get around to airbrushing it.. I would really like to..
Here's a closer view of the face area.. The teeth were baked seperatly with a heat gun and then stuck into the mouth. Then the whole thing was baked.

Jester: Each one of the squares on the block are about 1 cm.. it's roughly 12cm x 9cm x 13cm (LWH). As for the armature I baked a block of sculpy about 3cm cubed which is the center of the head and stuck two pieces of wire that bend from the sculpy block through the neck and into the base.
kinda like this..

That is one ugly mother.. He looks awesome.. look at those teeth.. Hahahah.. Crazy
great job.
sweet buns, that's weird
stop-motion trick for the inside of a maquette is to use alluminium foil to support the structure of the model. this will save you a lot of cash on super sculpey and a lot of weight(esp. in larger maquettes).
Here's the 3D model I made of my sculpture.. I posted it on CGtalk quite awhile ago, it was my first attempt at building a head in 3D. I was pretty happy with how it turned out but I didn't spend enough time texturing the teeth.. Anyway here it is..
