Hello everyone!
I felt bad not being a part of this great community, so I'm changing that. Just a few sketches for starters.
I'm here to improve so critique is welcome.

your portrait is a killa very nice to see more stuffs bro
Thank you Kendall, Hm2k and Inspectorsokar. I appreciate the kind words. Of course there will be more, though updates won't be very frequent, because I'm quite picky which stuff to show.
Here's some still-life quickies. From oldest to newest.
man that elven archer is really nice. i like the quality of that sketchalso portrait is prouuu
Weashell, thanks! I have a bad habit of abandoning my stuff if it doesn't look half way decent right away, but usually more time working on them makes them look ok. That's how it was with that elf. I'm glad you like it.
Some more stuff. Imaginational heads, I do need to practice that!

Surprised no one else has said much. Great work so far. Very fluid and soft, especially those portraits. Your character designs are great, excellent linework on those. Post more stuff!

Leroy, thank you. I'm glad you like it!
Been busy with work (3d viz, nothing interesting). Here's some more stuff done in freetime, not all of it, but I'm not sure all of it would be worth showing.
Josowicz, all digital. But I'm glad you had to ask. I try to work more painterly for my personal stuff.
Something I've spent a bit more time on. Please crit!

Nice stuff!
Fniss, thanks!
I'm taking a workshop in environment design. First bunch are movie studies, the rest my own stuff.
Critique, please!
Excellent studies and enviros! Your character on post #12 is quite good. I think you might be more satisfied with it, if you did some more research on armor and how it works. Your rendering is fantastic, but there's a lack of... realism? Or, maybe weight? I'm not sure, but I know what you mean.
holy efff! your work is great! I love your scifi work. I think you have a good handle on your enviornment and perspective! keep it up! if there is any help/tip for improvement that you could offer I will be open to it.
Shadow Stalker, yep, guilty. I did learn in the past few months the importance of doing research. Hopefully the next one will be better, thanks!
Yogeshj, I'm quite new to environments, glad you like it!
Rastaray, do you mean the elf archer in the first post or the dude with two swords? I like the one in the first post, planning to paint it someday perhaps, but the guy with two swords just lacks something and I can't quite tell what...Thanks for stopping by and the encouragement!
Finished the environments
Stunning environments! Thanks for posting these, they're fabulous.
You got some skills dewd. Very inspirational sketchbook, please keep posting!
Shadow Stalker, thanks, mate!
Dlincoln83, thank you! Will do.
New one
I tried to play with lighting and contrast of that last one. Hope you don't mind (I'll take it out if you want to)
It's a bit rough and I'm not saying that it's better than the original, but as I've already done that I think you may be interested to see it from a bit different perspective. It's probably not the way that you wanted it to be, but anyway
And you've done a great job on those environments![]()
Man this is Sick! pretty cool portraits gratz.
Very realistic, simply stunning work!
Lovely sketchbook start!
All your digital stuff look great, particularly the portraits.
I like your values very much.
Keep posting!
Wow, those enviro thumbnails in this post are crazy. Also the bigger ones are great too. Can't wait to see more!
Tadas, thanks, mate! It does look good. Feels more 3 dimensional than mine original I think. Perhaps I tend to really go over the top with atmosphere, it ends up being too foggy. I'll probably leave this one alone though and keep this in mind for my future stuff! Thanks again!
Smallergod, glad you like 'em
Ametist, just what I aim for, thanks!
BlackDelphin, thank you! It must be helping me that I start my paintings in value only, it's not that hard to add color and detail (in color) later instead of thinking of everything at the same time.
E-nat, painting those was a lot of fun, I'm happy you like them!
Some new stuff.
Anatomy study of a bodybuilder Frank Zane and a sketch for an illustration I'll try to complete. I've already got some critique to include more storytelling elements, anything else? Please feel free to crit!
Great job on keeping that sketch loose, it looks very dynamic. Can't wait to see it finished![]()
Gorgeous work! I wish you nothing but the best in your future and present endeavours.![]()
