    Hi Bud

Thanks for stopping by my SB its always nice to see you around, I am also glad you agree with my points on illustrating anything as long as you get paid.
Rather strangely some folks that I meet up with from time to time have had a go at me for "selling out for money" and that "I should stick to one thing like Monet did", That whole conversation was all so breathtakingly stupid that I could hardly get my head around what they were trying to say.
But I guess the bottom line is that "opinions are like assholes! right or wrong we all have one, but we need to remember that sticking it in someones face without warning can get you punched !!" LOL.

Kids are so opinionated these days eh!!?

stay well my mate and keep on posting, I am still around and in your corner if you need a stiff drink and someone to talk shite with!! :-)

    Rapid Offensive Units!

    General Systems Vehicles!

Someone has been at the Iain M. Banks culture novels again!! LOL I gotta admit I love them too.

I dont know why though I always thought of the rapid offensive units as almost submarine shaped, you know the shorter hunter killer type ones and for the life of me I couldnt tell you why!

I like the long bay too that was firmly in my head when I read excession and they were waking up warships and building drones etc. that all happened for me in long assembly bays like that.

all the best my mate, stay well and keep posting

Your work stuff is so good it's intimidating to even say it.. to put it in a lame metaphor.. it's like an adult putting something on the top shelf and a child saying "Wow!"

The sex sketches are hot too, do I wanna ask how you did those?

Ive been very remiss not answering your comments I feel shitty because i really appreciate you taking the time to have a look and leave a comment. i promise i will and thanks.

Vices thats really fucking cool of you to say man, really glad youre liking it. id hate to think you were intimidated tho, find your voice and youll get it! for the porn drawings i watched some porn and paused it aqnd sketched the frames. i think they were from one called Oh Just Keep on Fucking, starring Game of Thrones Sibil Kilkelli. (imagine how much it twisted my brain when she turned up on GoT!)

here is some tanks for a demo for class. i tried to make a really big tank as practical as i could. so keep it really low and flat so it can hide and shoot hull down style. i think it wouldnt work cos you couldnt move it or drive it down normal roads, but its just for fun so i let me off the hook there!!
see what you think. its still rough so if you see changes youd make let me know.

That tank is awesome dude, wow! It looks heavy enough to make the asphalt crumble beneath it. That Osprey/Chinook type aircraft better be up the the job.

Aw, thanks! And right back at you. Also just wanted to let you know I'm not flattering you. Going through your sketchbook is a constant inspiration and you gave me the confidence to start drawing cars when I probably wouldnt have tried before. So thank you for that.

And I'm with you on the heavy heart thing. Feels like I just got comfy and started putting down some roots and this happens...

I don't know what will happen but I hope to fuck this place doesn't implode.

love the tank, but the stuff in the last post is awesome!!!

I see that you are pretty upset, I am very sorry to hear that, I don't really understand what's going on: you won't be posting on these forums or the entire site will be nuked?
What is going on, I don't understand anything?

These racers look really fun. They're supposed to roll or to hover like a WIG-craft?

    Thanks dude!!
As I understand, for complicated story reasons the front petrol V8 turns a dynamo which powers an limited antigravity unit to allow it to hover, and the back engine powers the prop fans..
its a rich guys hunter racer, (and i think a rather fun metal toy..)

some quick changes to feedback, moved things, changed stuff, put a place holder rad grill in the front. I cant model well so i tend to bodge it all in and paint th rest!
i quite like how the supercharger belts look like Rex from Toy Story's eyes! kind of goofy, till you see the twin gatling canons.

It's a really funny idea. The only things I'd add are a bit more ventilation grills on the back of the main body (V8+Dynamo+Antigrav unit sounds like a really hot ensemble) or fins to make use of the speed, and a couple of big doors on the sides of the cannons to allow for ammo load, spent cases removal and, of course, colimation of both weapons.

I'm more partial to revolver cannons myself as they have no warm up time, but you cannot get more visually imposing than a good old gatling...

Al you are an evil bastard! Now I am going to have to write a story in the Fury of Aces series with a squadron of these behemoth like armored vehicles and self propelled artillery! Damn but they are really really well done.

Yeah, those racers are wicked cool thanks man. Already have a bunch of people yelling loudly at me to get them kitted! In the 1/20 scale they would be a reasonable table top size.
We are remembered only by what we leave behind.
