Hi all!
I'll try the Scythian approach depicting the Amazon queen as a Scythian female warrior.
Here are my two first WIPs.

Some progress, with a Greek style helmet, & some Scythian acoutrements. A close encounter with a ballista bolt.

it occured to me it would be more dramatic if she was riding the bull, kind of like a statement..... "i can break bulls, mere men are nothing in comparison" sort of thing.

worked out some composition and such and gave her a background too. Also fixed some minor things with her face etc.

nice,but i think the guy's chest is wrong. it kinda looks like he has an uniboob sprouting, i'd move it down and left a bit.

But after 1.5 - 2 hours of drawing this, I knew: I really should not read about amazones, I should draw hands and heads instead!!

Dashinvaine: Good work, i`m diggin it. But for someone in the middle of a battlefield with dust, ash, sweat and blood flying around she seems remarkably clean.

Loving the colors Parsakoira, looks very lively. Pretty nice progress.

Haven`t done much progress tonight. I`m moving at turtle pace.
Dudes she beats the shit off in mosh pits or outdrinks with Jack Daniels she takes away and sodomize them.

Well dang pasakoira, that is just awesome. I wish I had added more narrative like yours. Next time I will have to keep that in mind. I was just going for a luis royo vibe and his chicks are often just chillin with no narrative lol.
