And then God said, "Let us make man in our likeness and our image. Let us make him ridiculously hard to draw so that poor artists everywhere will have to spend 10,000+ hours failing repeatedly before they can begin to capture the form and likeness onto a two-dimensional surface." And there was man. And it was good. And artists everywhere lost their minds.
Silly doodle on me at work.

Nice update! If I worked for netflix I'm sure that would make my day, the racist pig one made me laugh, keep up the good work!
Thanks, Invalid!
So I work nights at a hotel. We have boat racers staying here tonight so I thought, "What an opportunity! When else will I get to see such interesting boats in real life, up close, in private, for as long as I need to draw them?"
So I started drawing. What I didn't take into account was that I hate drawing vehicles, I suck at drawing vehicles, it was very dark outside, it was freezing, and my hands were getting numb. Sooo, I ended up scribbling out this very sketchy doodle and calling it quits, haha. How lame. =)

Finally got around to sketching the hotel pool room. It's a fascinating room with very strange geometry. There are almost no right angles in the walls so it's very difficult to get the perspective right. In fact, I failed. But it's recognizable if you've seen the room. Perhaps I'll give it another go later.

Here's the real pool room (with bad image quality too!) If I sketch it again I'd like to angle it so you can see the huge crazy ceiling.

Quick and rough. Trying to recapture the joy of drawing after a two week hiatus. The best idea is to just not take a two week hiatus.
