Hi guys,
I have tried using more of a grid and vanishing point in this to try and get the perspective and depth to work properly.

Looking good, obviously need to tighten up the sky and the rocks but that can be done when your 100% with the composition; no point spending ages on them only to chop them around or delete them.
Its slightly odd how you cant really see into the tunnel as a fence post is in the way, but this might be your intention in which case fair enough.
The lighting is fairly neutral, like a dawn/dusk setting, also fair enough, but maybe the street light could throw some shadows?

You've used rock textures in the backgrounds but not in the foreground?
Where do you want us to look? direct us with light as it's a little murky (if I squint at it the complex disappears.)
I'm not sure what it is exactly, but the perspective looks off to me.
