    Keep it up!

    some home work !!

    OK I seeee,....
If you see my drawings you can see how I darken the lines which are
closer to me, THAT'S magic when things POP out of the paper, I apply
that always on my Hands/bone drawings. YEAH and gestures very loose
I will post more gestures on my SB sooo pop in in a few month or so.

If I am tired of working on schools stuff, I do a lot's of gestures to loose up
again, keep posting you nice style drawings you can tell people love it.
It keeps your post a live,......I love by the way how you indicated the NOTES
    in that painting.

Nice one the last one, Alice!
1 compositional advice, when drawing lots of same orientation objects horizontal or vertical (for ex trees or other stuffs) try not to make them + the empty spaces between them same width, this makes it not so interesting when you dont vary them and the bear feets near the door don't look like it were bear's at all, but it's just a tiny confusion object here. Overall it is really good, and interesting, especially when the feet step out of the border.

First things first: HAPPY 2011! even if I'm 1 month late now...
Has been a long time since I wrote here last time.
I was in Italy for visiting my family and then back to London I've found a part-time job in a shop so I don't have a lot to show you.
The first is a birthday card that I've done for my love, it's a little bit girly but he was happy with it, especially when he discovered that I didn't put just some random numbers but they can actually be translated in words.
The second is something I've done this Friday inspired from Morricone's soundtrack of Sergio Leone's films.
    Hope you like them.

i have an idea for you to illustrate. :-)

look at an orange, and try to visualize a character from it. try to be as creative as possible. think about the colour, the smell, the taste etc. this kind of more conceptual way of thinking will get you out of just drawing fairy tales.

Oh, really like post 44 back there! Some interesting concepts.

And yes, the conceptart background isn't too forgiving for some pictures, still, the colours in 47 are looking nice. Though it's a bit grainy around the edges?
Anyways, keep up the good work. Make sure you slip some more studies in here too, personally I find it interesting how every artist seems to have a different spin on their studies. Bet you could still manage to seep that illustrative style in yours...

So yes, pretty aware I'm rambling, but all in all good work.

    Hey thanks for watching!
It is such a great encouragement reading your comments
Today the sky is grey in London and I have to go to work:/ ....but you have cheered me up

Naidy: Thank you! I'm relatively happy with it to, but I think I could have done a much better job on the fish. About post 47, the grainy thing it was supposed to do a chalk effect on a withe backgrouns (like in here http://alicebonacinaillustration.blo...tines-day.html) but on this background it just looks messy:/
For the studies.... they will come

Leroy Oosterling Thank you so much! I love the airbrush works on your sketchbook! and nice boobs to (on your sketchbook to)eh eh eh!

I'm working at a top secret project now if i can get this, it will be great! I'll let you know about it when the time will come....

    Hi

The project that I was talking in my previous post didn't start at the end
Here some sketches that I've done for it.

They (the monsters) are supposed to be painted on the walls in a club in different locations, as they are enjoying the party.
I was very excited about it but next time will go better
Doing some creatures design make me realised how difficult it is to do something original and not frightening, and also how nature is amazing:
