Strong work! I think its time to apply the foundations you've learned and start exploring that imagination =)
Love the tone in your work.

This one in particular made my jaw drop
Adamsimmons: Thanks! I'll make sure to keep posting
Pixel cheetah: I appreciate the feedback, I noticed there isnt much watercolor work on here as well. I don't know why that is though
Chaser226: Thank you! Your oils are great man. I'll be sure to let you know in your sketchbook, of course. And yeah, within the next couple months I'm going to begin my imagination work, so thanks for the encouraging words
BlightedArt: Hey thanks man! Yeah that was from figure class. I'm posting another work from that class here

wow amazing works! I am completely clueless with traditional painting, only time I ever painted was when I was forced to paint a sculpture that I made, but I didn't even know how to mix colors or anything and never painted on paper x.x; so it was horrible!
You're stuff is amazing can't wait to see more! All this traditional paintings make me want to learn though, haha I need the money to buy these paints!

Hey Unlink40 this is looking good. The only thing I notice is that the head looks slightly too big?
Hey Marian, yeah you're right about the head being too big, its a drawing of a crappy replica of that statue of David which is totally disproportionate. Here are a couple recent charcoal studies

Chose some really nice hues for that plaster cast painting dude, although I think if you simplified the wood paneling the cast would really stand out.
