    Draw hard

    hi all my name is atey ( pournouced atti ) and this is my sb and my journey to hopefully become a proffesional artist someday and work for a company here are some sampels of my work and i will try to keep it updated regulary with intressting stuff i hope!, i hope you will enjoy and feel free to leave a comment or critque

    one more try at still life, next time i will draw with a "natural light" , rather then a lamp lighting it up for me

    Hi, i dont really do any tradtional anymore, just doing some practise on regulary bacis but i wanted to showcase one of my older graphite drawings so it's not a 100% digital sketchbook , i was given permission to use a photo as refrence from it's photographer http://grinch7.deviantart.com/ , he dose have a fantastic gallery

    hi all, i want to understand better asian features so i did a study of a movie screenshot but it was very hard to capture her facial expression, i will do more

    i read today about one of schools i will apply to and you need to do some asingments here is the first one, basciley you pick a setence and do a wallpaper,illustration and then like a cover image of it
    my sentence i chose was : music and it's movement , this is the sketchs, i will start with wallpaper i think

    I think you've improved by doing the color study stuff from photos. Because I can see improvement from the first portrait you posted to the one you posted now.

    Keep doing these.

    The gestures feel like the girls are a bit too tall. They are 8-9 heads tall. The general length of a woman is around 7-7.5 sometimes even 6. They are actually pretty rarely 8 heads. But this is an easy fix by just doing gesture drawing from photos.

    the assignment for the school is looking good- you can definitely vision music and movement in there. will be interesting to see where will it lead

    btw, you could probably use a link to your sketchbook in your signature- might get you more traffic in here

    in my spare time i try to work on my comic, left side was just a test to try some stuff i had in mind, right side is the concept main charcater of the comic
    ideal name for the comic : The burning sun and name of main charcater miranda
