I live in Burlington and i guess im familiar with Toronto because i work full time in the city. Im a student who is saving up money for school. Just let me know where exactly you live and i will se if i can help.
yo i just remembered. Why dont you call the art colleges in Toronto and find out if they know anything about art programs that you can take for practice. Im sure some teachers would know about places outside the school that help people with their abilities. Peace and good luck
yeah i live north east of toronto, in port perry.
i looked at a course in bowmanville. its only 4 weeks, (4 nights), but its something like $48 which is pretty good.
The toronto school of art has a life drawing course for 8 weeks on monday nights but its much farther away and is $360.
Perhaps i should do the bowmanville one, then find a close "open" life drawing near me?
Thanks for the help
Any suggestions?
I am sure some of you may be near me![]()
close enough?

Ps were you referring to the art students league? Dunno this is probably too far anyways http://www.artstudentsleague.com/sec...1§ion=What
draw, draw, erase, repeat
that is an old article. I found that too.
too bad. Veni Vidi closed down I think.
I don't think Durham college itself has any life drawing ?
art students league looks cool. might check that out eh.
I found out that toronto one is good, and the bowmanville that offers only 4 weeks teacher is not all that good..
i guess its my money and such... what would you choose ?
if i had access to a car it's worth the drive to Toronto, but i drive a ton so I'm biased.
draw, draw, erase, repeat
yeah well it all depends on what if my mother wants to drive all the way there haha.
i should really get my license..
Now the dilemma is that my brother wants to go to bowmanville and says the drive is too long to toronto...
so im kind of relying on him to make a decision.
well whatever happens I will have some life drawing classes taken, and maybe in the summer I can take an intensive course.
signed up in Toronto!
cant wait!
Hey, I'm actually starting a life drawing group, with some of my fellow classmates. It will cost $20 for 10 weeks. It's kind of far from you...its at York University, but if you're interested you should let me know
that sounds pretty good, what days are it?
the only trouble is the commute.
my sister is going to york for film right now, shes in her 2nd year.
I already signed up at the Toronto art school, so I dont think I can make it, but thanks for the offer!
