Strong showing in this pool guys
Voted for Benjie; crazy good execution and solid concept.
Tangmo; like the concept a lot, "magic" to me almost always seems sinister and this is a good rep. of that. I think you could have clarified the scene a bit; I'm not sure if I'm looking at comic panels or a mirror-room of sorts.
Andrew; nice overall scene and execution, the concept is nice but I think the action of the giant is giving off a bit of a different feel; "death" seems more about that last moment, the relinquishing of your lief. The feeling I get from this guy is "defiance" what with the upward action of his body and refusal to submit. Personally, I thin k if we went forward in the narrative just a bit to where he was finally about to "fall" it would have nailed it
Loki; really nice colour contrast. More work on the figure and concept would have been nice though; a woman floating among flowers is quite obviously magical, but apart from that there's no real "story" to the image.
Good luck people![]()
Wow, thank you Jason! It's actually supposed to be a dressing room, but thanks to having no planning skills at all, that didn't get conveyed properly haha.
So it looks like I am going to the next round! It was fun going head to head with you guys, I liked all the entries in our pool (Benjie, dayum).
Anyways, I'm so excited for the next round. It is going to be INTENSE especially considering the really great offer by Jason. I think everyone will be going all out and more.
