How much time do you allow yourself to draw outside ? Cause a lot of this stuff seems to stem from drawing off from the internet and photographs...which can hinder your progress of seeing. Also, I would suggest getting a decent perspective book and doing the exercises in that over and over. You will be surprised how much it can help with the proportions of figures, etc.
This last page is making some good progress color wise as well as value wise. Your best one is the Audrey Hepburn looking bust above. Keep working hard

plein air? about 0% of my week..haha. I tend to draw people at work because im in a call centre but spare time wise i tend to stick to the indoors to try and get into the habit of doing things digitally and improving technique. Ive got a perspective book called "perspective! for comic book artists" its very good but i dont think it has any exercises- anything you can recommend me to read? thanks for the tips!
heres a quick scene cooldown from a ref

just got a kick up the butt. Decided to work a lot more on my people studies and load up more sketches in general- heres a dump from the last week. Had a slight shift in goals and productivity for going forward. And i need to stop using refs as such a crutch because my imagination skills are suffering for it. Lets do this

Good stuff. It's amazing the improvement from the beginning of the sketchbook until now.
I'm new here and could always use some advice / criticism. Feel free to take a peak at my sketchbook if you have the time.
