heres my entry for the weekly environment challenge- "half obliterated space hangar" i imagined some pirates lurking within.

so here's the finish and a couple process shots, it changed drastically cause i really had no idea what i wanted at the start. tell me if its too dark, i wanted to keep a 'secret' feel

fireframe- haha now i feel like a tough guy, but really i feel intimidated by great artists everyday. lots of people on these very forums are downright scary in their skill level.

i really like how i can see the brush strokes in the picture of the face of the "model in artrage." i think it adds some nice texture to the piece. but i usually dont like seeing brush strokes, so nice work! and secondly, i like your simple pieces with just two colours

a quick couple digis. the car one i really wanted to experiment with sharp edges and gradients forming the car, and painting under a little aswell. Have alot to learn there!

I think you could select the cloud layer, use free transform and just drag down the upper part to make some reflections of the clouds

i think the reflection looks fine as is. maybe some very fine riple lines like a fingerprint texture, in some darker greeny brown, like theres a breeze blowing along the shot, but as is it also reads well as an antarctic ice lake (drifting snow) or a slick of plastic or glass (dead machine locked half sunk into it) that was molten but set in place, both of which could be cool.
