    Heyyyy!
    Got some moarrrr studies
    - Crimson Daggers, practicing the same figures as Dave.
    - Studys of KChen figures in between
    - And to improve my feelings with tablet, started to draw figures digitally. And will do it until I feel comfortable with this infernal machine.

    YAY! 2nd page!

Well done vanaga. This is just an encouragement post. You're obviously doing heaps of studies and that will only result in success. Keep it up.

Ohh, guys you are giving such a boost with motivation, was already tired of those studies. Didn't expected that someone will like my miserable sketches. Huge thanks, guys! Going to check your SB's also.

This time slowly getting used to tablet:
    - Got more than 2000 figure refs, so started to do those. Here is first 8. Yeah, I'm slowwww.
    - And life drawing of my boxer dog sleeping.
    - Again KChen figures

haha that little dog is very cute - nice work. Also great that you've started on doing some of those 2000 figures - it will definitely pay off in the long-term.

Keep on posting and I'll be back to check out your artwork as it develops!

    Anatomy and life studies are
    vital for our survival.
You do not have to do
the posemaniacs poses on a time
    limit. It is pure bull*hit.
That is especially no good for
    beginners.
    Take one pose and
draw as long as you feel you
    need to.
Feel some cosiness while you are drawing the
    certain pose.
Then when your mind registered its
curvatures and remembered some of the
figure movement and anatomy rules, then
you should proceed to the next one.
    First do some basic studies,
    and leave the more complicated
    stuff for later on.
Life is long, so there is absolutely
no need getting tired in the first round.
    Keep posting.

great start to a sketchbook you have here. you are obviously putting in the hard work and its paying off!

Nice value work digitally but I'd suggest also working on some value studies and practice graphite/pencil too. Using a pencil really helps you think about the values you lay down (something I am trying to work on more myself).

    Keep it up!

Long time no posting. Must kick myself to draw more.

ThomasM: Thanks for stopping by. Got a huge inspiration from your SB
LtPlissken: That's exactly what I was thinking about doing those posemaniacs Felt the need to work on the figure as long as I want. For hours not seconds! That's why I started 2000 figures from refs.

Long time have passed, but got done only these little poops, sorry
    - doodles on the page sides during seminars (sorry for quality)
    - 1st serious still life (2 h)
    - got a new SB, super small one.
    - and a quick KChen studies of this evening

So many studies. This SB makes me ashamed of my laziness.
Note to self: Be less lazy. Less shame that way.
Bring out your crits, asspats, and assorted comments

HEy good for you doing studies right off the bat. I think your still life work is improving drastically. I also like your expressiveness in line. It could be more expressive, but everything just takes more practice. So keep up the motivation!

Having a vacation, so here it goes again...

hmm, why it's so blurry quality? :-(

    Thanks, Steveland.

Was drawing all day today. Even when chilling at the beach.
    Feels goood...

Huh, must resize the previous pictures, they are huge.
Sorry for that. Hard to hit the correct size on a hi-res screen.

    - Daily figures
    - 2 or 3? h value study
    - sketches from beach [should make a habit to take my little sb everywhere]
    - KChen studies of the head. <-Found that his method + Loomis method works best for me.
