Nope, I think I'll leave it like this.
It's just a sketch after all.
After working so long on the last two pieces, I need to have some quick stuff without too much thought and obsession.

You know, last time I forgot to mention how impressively controlled you acryllic work was, and that crane piece...towards the beginning, man, just wonderful...and I know what you mean about wanting to do a piece and move on...too much time spent working on something and it will start to take you over...fretting over details and finding something wrong to fix every 2 minutes...at least thats what happens to me
    keep up the great work!

    Thx, again.
Working for longer on one piece, especially when it's a finding process, I get stuck, so I dont see my mistakes. If I could see them myself I would correct them immediately. It's like: Now my work's fine, right ? -nope, there and there is something off. *correct it*
Now it's fine ? - nope, there and there *correct it etc etc.

Haha, yeah, it's good to have some quick stuff down every now and then at least so you don't go insane.

Nice figures. You draw people so well.

    @Umbravita:
Thx, but remember that these are from nude drawing sessions.

And here's something I did for a contest on Deviant Art.
It was about Illustrations for a bag in cubism style.
    Only 4 colors allowed.
You can still vote until th 17th.
    Here: LINK

Just hit the "I want this" button, in the upper right corner, please. ^^

Ok, the Link shows the failsafe version of my pic, since the rules were kinda unclear if transitions are ok or if it's only 4 single tones of color.
I did one with gradiants and of course it's looking much more dynamic.

I love how flexible your style is, from sweet children's illustrations, to more mature fantasy art, to serious studies. It's really inspiring! Your studies are really clear and helpful too.

    Keep it up!

Many works you made are terse. Weren't you aware of that? So they are spontaneous, huh?

Well, your real intention is surprising me... I'm a Chinese and I know the word as well, so I suppose you can do it too. Come on, buddy, study hard! I believe someday you can understand it as well as native British folks do!

I switched the Kraken Shirt to a black version.
It took me a while to get Illustrator to do what I wanted.

Hey Thorsten you have a great range of skills and I've enjoyed looking at all your work. Love your little icon character and your user name shockowaffel. It's good to see some graphic illustrations and I think the Kraken does look better on a black T-shirt. Also really like the quick digital sketch in post #202 as it really looks like it's been done traditionally. 5 stars from me.

Marian Rowling: Thanks, that diversity in style is kind of a problem for me. I'm in a position where I kinda have to decide what I want to do to earn my money. If I had a specific style or forte, I could propably choose easier, or maybe I cant see it myself.

    Psychobuddy:Thank you, I definetely will.

freakmod: Thx to you, too. The nude drawings were either 3 or 7 minutes each. They got a little bit of finishing afterwards though, like the shading or more controlled accents on the outlines.

I'm digging kraken t-shirt, also nice studies - esp. these anatomical from previous pages. You have good sense of colour. Don't really have a crit for recent work, but I find white contours around characters a bit distracting.
