Last edited by progressordecay; November 1st, 2012 at 01:40 AM. Reason: MOVED IMAGES FROM FIRST POST.
I should really fill this section out more ...
no study in particular just wanted to fill the page with random doodles.
Old sketch, back in 2010; skulls,bears metamorphosis, shoes
Okay, think ill be updating my sketchbook more often to keep my motivation in line.
Heres What I did while waiting for the shower to be free and a break from 3 hours of learning action script 3.
15 minute sketch.
another digital sketch - lips, blobs, head, cats.
Heres a WIP, initially a quick loose sketch to improve on my figurative skills; but I guess I can twine my clothing/drapery with it also;
Genre: Horror
Subject: Jester

Trying out illuststudio; pretty neato
heres " sea monster gaga " working title - WIP
I'm going to try push a monster / concept, every week; whether it be rough or tightened;
A work in progress piece;
line / tonal exercise.
I really love your sketches, they're so expressive and full of emotion.
"Stress causes baldness but if you pay too much attention to keeping your stress levels down
it'll stress you out even more so there's really nothing we can do about it after all."
haha thanks; been doing way too much digital; getting the old dry eyes syndrome, going to post my traditional sketches soon.
Alrighty; My CA account has died for quite some time so, here's a my subtle comeback.
A quick sketch of a theme that has taken my interests.
it will be good practice for me to do some steam punk and drapery of the Victorian era.
Going for a more tough protagonist female feel.
This will be just a portrait style sketch; will be doing a full body next.
Might as well upload some more;
This is an old WIP; practicing rendering digitally on plants, drapery and hair; with a borderline entry into the horror fantasy theme.
Some roughs; trying out different styles.

There's some really good stuff in here, I especially dig your inks. Veeeery nice line quality! And nice and loose.
Do you do real life studies? I'd like to see someI think it would really help your volume/construction. (That's one I'm still struggling with, that's why it's popping into my eye so much.)
Check these out too:
