Oh Hai! I'm new!

I found this community while browsing for alternatives to the magna/anime infested Deviantart and actually trying to improve my art instead of getting the little "Good jobs" and such, I want actual comments on stuff. So with that said hello there! Im Alex, and I love digital art. I have a bamboo pen tablet and plan on upgrading the the intuos 4 line within the next year or two.

Hey, Alex. What's up? I'm new here, too, and I totally share your appraisal of DA. It would be a lot better if they'd add a manga filter. :/

How do you like your Bamboo? I've been looking at putting together a purchase proposal for one for my job...I'm a web designer (visual only, no coding), and I'm left-handed, so it's a total pain in the arse to draw clipping paths with a mouse and with my right hand. I just have to get my boss to approve it, and we could get a couple for our team. I'd love to hear your opinions.

my dA gallery is clarks-creations.deviantart.com it has all of my work on it so far. And I think if you are looking for pen tablets on a professional level go for the intuos4 series by the same company, more expensive but definatly worth it.
