It all looks pretty good; good value, color, and form... some neat concepts like new takes on old ideas i.e. the devil with his head tail, and the minotaur and his well composed manner, also what I would call the red ogre and his calm posture. These are nice portraits of fantasy characters.
The minotaur is great, the texture of his fur compared to the texture of the stones is gooood... maybe his nose could use some sharp highlights, animals noses are usually pretty wet.
What I would say you need to work at is structure / drawing a little, and experimenting with motion and texture. basically the things everyone can use work on.
Cool stuff man, always been a fan. Your rendering, brushstrokes are improving and most importantly creativity and imagination is excellent!
Only thing I can recommend is maybe a bit more anatomy study - the one with the magic guy and the elves running towards him. I feel most of the poses don't feel real on there and the back anatomy feels a little off. Also the perspective of the architecture feels different to the perspective of the figures/environment.
Keep updating!![]()

Very strong stuff--the lighting is superb. My only crit is that your poses are looking a bit stiff and are taking away from an otherwise really strong body of work.

Wow, great aesthetic you have there, and you can really feel it carrying through all of your pieces. I really like how you use a lot of cream and pale tones on your garments, characters, architecture, etc.
Great work!
I watch you on deviantart... you're amazing man!!
i really like the light situations in some of these, especially the ornament thing in the first pics throne. like the others said, the anatomy in most cases is off... when you render out the persons they seemed to get stiffer and stiffer... the first two pieces of the more sloppier concepts dont attemp to go this way, they really fresh in some points and you nail the anatomy much more in these. you should do more refference photos ;-)
best, nate
Hey there. Nice work. The third one's red ribbon is a great choise to break the monotony and have some color. I think that you have to work your shading. On the second one is like very transparent shadows like it is lacking something. Also, the connection of the head/ shoulder with the water is like cut-out. I am not an expert just write what i think. Hope this helps. Keep it upa man!
