Here's the story. I just graduated CSUF with the degree in illustration/art last week. I can draw, but I have no confidence in other things like painting and concept design. A few weeks ago I had a terrible car accident that totalled my car on a freeway. I could have been killed. Fortunately I won the case and I will be receiving some hefty settlement. And I want to spend the money for the good cause, while saving some for the future.
Now here's the deal. I plan to attend CDA in Pasadena to reboot my skills and work on my portfolios. I plan to take about 3~4 classes. (that's a lot, I know) And I am thinking about purchasing Wacom Cintiq and graphic software like Photoshop and Painter. Now, should I stick with PC with Win 7 (which is horrible with Wacom tablets) or should I buy a Mac? And...does the monitor size matter since I plan to buy a Cintiq?
