Augh! I'm sorry guys, I truly am.
I've had one of these crazy weeks, I've even had a social life! But I neglected CA and I'll make up for it as soon as I can.

    Replies:
    Oma: Aha, thank you. xD
Qlotzan: Will do, cheers for the constant feedback. C:
Plissken: Right here, being lazy. xD
jamtob2: Och, thank you very much! It's always a surprise to hear comments that nice. xD I'll be sure to check your sketchbook too.
Cielocchi: Ahhh I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I've been off being a rebelious sober party-goer. But I can post my writing somewhere. Infact I'll put the first chapter on DA now. http://snoodledoodle.deviantart.com/...-One-199096607
Tronrobot: Hah, thanks mate. I did it on this: http://mrdoob.com/projects/harmony/#sketchy

Now, this is a really meager update. Just stopped drawing for a few days and already I'm rusty. xD

The digital drawing above was made in Harmony, or?
Cool little website, but i find it hard to give the drawing a 3D sense because the brushes are making everything so custom like
Your figures are getting better and better too.
    Keep studying anatomy!

Look, I'm getting back into the motion of things already!
Well, okay, updates are still ridiculously small and under my usual level, but just you wait. I'll be back in form by this week I bet.

Silwynar: Its harmony allright, I find myself on it just when I'm inbetween doing homeworks. xD
Refaminafshari: Thank you, anything I do on harmony turns out looking pretty odd. xD

Yo Plissken, it's good to be back. C:

So, been propper swatting up on psychology because I want an A by the end of this year, and I've kind of been shying away from art for some reason. I MUST FACE MY FEAR AND DESTROY IT.

Also, took a nice photo walking home today, since it's always looking so pretty down that path I take.

I like the drawings that are more complete and where you've considered things. The hands you are doing are improving very fast, now you have to learn to draw trees.

Tommorow I've got two frees. Going to spend one of them entirely on art.

But for now, all I have to give is a picture of a cat lady in frilly underwear and with cups for hands.

    Replies:
Hücumkedi: Aha, thanks mate, though it's far from well done. xD
Silwynar: You're definitely right. I think that guy's only about 6 heads tall. I need to start thinking in terms of proportions again.
Black Spot: I definitely need to start putting more thought into my drawings, I had no pencils on me today so it made me think more about how to place lines which was interesting. But anyways, thanks for checking up on me C:

    Moshi moshhh...
I see you've been getting your fashion on recently, very swish. I can struggle sometimes with fancy clothes, stuff needs a function for me which hinders my sense of style I guess :/
I like those figures in the cups pic, alittle close to vertebrae fracturing tho lol. Speaking of which those fractured faces are a cool idea.

Earth Worm Jim looks like hes getting some prison love in that position o_0

    keep up the funky clothes

Thanks for taking the time to comment on my sketchbook naidy. I took some more time to look through your sketchbook and im kinda surprised because your work looks like mine quite a lot. I look at a lot of it and cant help but think I drew that. I think we must have very similar ways our mind functions.

Saltfox: Ahh so you've noticed my history/psychology notes. They either veer about Napoleon, or suffragettes or lately, schizophrenia medication. ;P
Rena: Hey mate! I never stop feeling happily flustered when I get comments like that, I'm so glad you see improvements, I'll keep trying to progress!
Sunny: I have immense respect to anyone who shares my enthusiasm for earthworm jim and you're right! I was looking through your sketchbook and I was thinking the same thing. I'll have to keep an eye on you, because you don't often find someone who has the same sort of style choices.
^_^: Your commments always make me laugh, and usually about things I'd have trouble explaining to my Mother. xD But thank you! I don't really have any interest in fashion, but I do like making swooshy lines and silly patterns, same thing really. lol
Punkie:Thank you! And no, they're from the head, but I had been trying to drill in female body patterns into my head before hand. Everynow'er then my understanding of anatomy perks up, then it dips back down again. Shows I'm not doing enough studies.

ANYWAYS, thanks you lot. I really can't believe how many awesome people check up on me, I'll be sure to return the favour best I can.

Now keep in this picture was done in a minute just for an excuse to reply, so it's pretty bad. xD

character studies and dynamic gesture drawing

I really enjoyed looking through your sb. i see how you began to develop character studies, ending up with some beautiful line work and really believable characters. Your determination and drive are evident in the quality of your work. what is most out standing to me is your ability to catch certain attitudes, looks, feels that communicate on many levels. wow.

Silwynar: Can't thank you enough for the constant feedback mate. If you want to see more then I'll do my best to flood this sketchbook with stuff during this weekend.
Beth: I can't believe I have over 1000 posts now, I haven't even been here a year! It's mind-bogglin'. Thanks for the kind words, I'll be sure to return the favour. :3
Sombertwin: Och, thank you so much. I actually re-read your comment a couple of times. Really, I don't know exactly how to express how happy I am, but I know I have so far to go. I've been in the hectic part of my A levels so I've been weasling out of doing as much as I could be from the stress of it all.
Anyways, didn't mean to be an angst head there. Thank you so much. I'll be sure to return the favour and look through your stuff.

Thanks everyone, you guys spur me on to keep doing art more than anything else.

Heyya Naidy! I just went through your whole sketchbook, and I can't believe how much you post. It is actually pretty motivating.
I hope I have over 30 pages someday.

I really like your artwork! You draw expression very well, and your faces are really well done!

I really like your characters, and I love the idea that you have been working on them for years.
Your fantasy setting for them seems really interesting too. I would really like to know more about it!

I was inspired by your characters, to draw some of my own who are of the same races.
So I drew a Gavat and one of whatever Aisling is, except not so heavy,(don't tell Aisling I said that =P).

Size: 188.1 KB

I hope you don't mind me posting a drawing on your sketchbook, I will take it off if you would like.
Anyway, I will definitely be following your sketchbook, Keep up the good work!

P.S I thought I was the only person who got laughs and a confident boost from looking through Deviant Art or watching videos of people drawing Justin Beiber on Youtube.
    Now I don't feel so mean! =D

P.P.S I forgot to write how much I like your watercolors and other paintings..... I LIKE THEM ALOT!
