Panoview Optima PI-500 pen input stopped working

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this. I've been using a Panoview Optoma PI-500 monitor for years and it's worked great until a couple of weeks ago when I installed a Geforce 6800GT video card. After installing the video card, the pen input stopped working. I uninstalled my drivers that I got from Aiptek and reinstalled them, but it didn't work. There's supposed to be a little icon of a tablet on my task bar, but it's gone. I've been scouring the internet looking for new drivers or some kind of help, but with no luck. I was hoping someone here could help me out.

Every time I install a new graphics card, I go through the following process:

(Note: you should install DriverSweeper or some other driver cleaner first)

1] Use Control Panel to uninstall the current drivers.


2] Restart Windows in "Safe Mode"


3] While in "Safe Mode", use DriverSweeper to rid my computer of all the leftover driver components that windows couldn't remove the first time


4] Restart in normal mode and install the new drivers.



Besides that, I'm actually betting it's your Aiptek tablet drivers that are causing the problem. Try purging those and reinstalling, and make sure you get the newest ones off their website.
