    Help!!Advices needed!

Hey,everybody. Here are some pieces of my current work.I want to create a next-generation game character and I'm just getting started.
The following are concept image drew in photoshop and reference maps for the incoming modeling process. It's some kind of cartoon, not realistic.I'm trying to express the power, agility, and a bit evil within the character.I want to make him look good, rather than simply look right.
Just before I start modeling,Any advices on the anatomy or anything else, please.
I'm so grateful ! I wish you know how much this character means to me!

Really like your concept art, looks like you've got a really good understanding of the character (which is essential when your wanting to make a 3D model).

looking at the blue line drawing you've done - it looks a bit like your bottom half is a smudge bigger/thicker then the lower half. Not too sure if this is intentional, but it makes your character feel a bit "off kilter" if you know what i mean.

    and about the modelling!!
I will repeat to you what my character modelling lecturer told me - Define and Refine, Define and Refine, Define and refine!!!
DEFINE the muscles, there shape and position then REFINE them untill they look perfect. DEFINE the clothes, then go in and REFINE the detail!
Is a pretty good mantra, even works with day to day things!!!! (DEFINE that your having pasta for dinner and REFINE the dish by adding seasoning =D )

Thank you very much,Gail, especialy for sharing with me your modeling technique! I'm gonna give it a try.
But I'm sorry that I can't catch your point because English is not my mother tongue. What do you mean by "bottom/lower half"? bottom/lower half of what?Would you please make it clear to me?
