2d Artist with Animation skills needed for sprite type animation for flash game

Need 2d artist that can draw 2d cartoon animated character, who can also able to animate simple movements like run and jump. Need to create 3 or more such characters and converted to flash vector file.

Details:
- super mario style side faced characters. However higher quality than super mario.
- animation of simple run, jump and laugh.
- Low budget in the beginning will increase for maintenance.
- can discuss pay.
