Hello, I am 24 now and i decided that i wanted to make drawing my career about 2-3 years ago and these pics show my start from the beginning. They are not completely in order but it is obvious what was before what.

I always enjoy feedback, good or bad. If i need to improve on certain areas then let me know or i wont get better.

I have taught myself from reading books so these drawings are all from memory.
The reason i have no observation drawings is because drawing from the imagination helps develop the visualization skills that are needed to make the unreal . . . real.

Anyway, I am no philosopher so thanks for your time and enjoy!

Hey Maxx

It's alwasy fun to find others who draw alot with charcoal because it's what I do. Thank you for your post earlier today. I see you have been doing a lot of studies regarding anathomy and human body structure which is great! I wish I could get them to look that great. I literally hate to draw bodys but practice, practice, practice haha.

The bird is coming out nicely, I do love the colors. Keep posting the progress on that one. Keep it up m8.

I have lots more i am going to post on here i just need to re-size all the pics. my most recent stuff will be towards the end so keep a look out.

hey, great to see your sketchbook! First it's great to see that you're working hard to draw from memory, maybe double check on the proportions for the human figures, other than that like it's been mentioned before it's all about practice and being consistent, keep it up!

thanks for your comment in my sktechbook. I'll going to do more stuff like this, because I'm currently reading Andrew Loomis' books and they are a big help for me.

Your sketches are nice and I don't but is the first picture the start of your drawing and the last picture your current skill? I ask you that because there is seen an improvement.

cy gear, brain. thanks again. the bird is not my current skill level. i will post my most recent stuff buy Fri if im lucky enough to find the time.
