this is one of your nicest pieces i have seen on these boards. the lighting is extremely well done. the tones are just as exquisite.
your strokes on this one don't really flow through out consistantly as I would normally expect, but there still a softness you don't normally use. Although, I must admit, lately, your pieces have become less and less "harsh," maybe even abrupt, over the last few weeks.

Still having a bad week, sir, and it's obivous. Go check some live shows this weekend, and blow some steam.

I like the technique. The use of brush strokes...
Heavy yet feathered in parts...cool.
That, plus the Goya-esque colours and the haunted gazed is...magnetic.
Leaves me feeling like its Dawn in the middle of a bone-chilling winter.
The rise of hope but the feeling of the bleakness of the "season" or "recent events" still permeates your life. I like it. Moving...

With the eyes, either one highlight was hit to hard, or the other not hard enough.
