Very nice.
This one really hit in the face and I just said to myself "whoa"
Hmmm... the colors are warm but your face looks cold.
What?! I still like it! jesus.
It somehow reminds me of a picture in a fantasy\sci-fi mag from the 70s. My brain is fuckin weird.
Good work.
BLAST ON YOU!![]()
Wow, that almost looks like egg tempera.
this is one of your nicest pieces i have seen on these boards. the lighting is extremely well done. the tones are just as exquisite.
your strokes on this one don't really flow through out consistantly as I would normally expect, but there still a softness you don't normally use. Although, I must admit, lately, your pieces have become less and less "harsh," maybe even abrupt, over the last few weeks.
Still having a bad week, sir, and it's obivous. Go check some live shows this weekend, and blow some steam.
i actually got paid to create a 3d model of human poo once. well actualy, i am on my (t)3rd (lol, i kill myself...) iteration, so like i got paid 3x. I should just go ahead and create some reference. this itshay is kiling me...

DR.Jones....
I like the technique. The use of brush strokes...
Heavy yet feathered in parts...cool.
That, plus the Goya-esque colours and the haunted gazed is...magnetic.
Leaves me feeling like its Dawn in the middle of a bone-chilling winter.
The rise of hope but the feeling of the bleakness of the "season" or "recent events" still permeates your life. I like it. Moving...

Stunning. I do see a lot of soul and commitment in this portrait, so beautifully rendered!
With the eyes, either one highlight was hit to hard, or the other not hard enough.
Otherwise, perfect. I feel like the calm moment after the storm when I look at this.
Wow..I must say..this is one of my favorites.
=)
Thank you andrew..ooh..I see were calling you DR. JONES now?
How about I just call you Indiana?
*does his worst impression of the little asian boy*
"DOCCA JONES DOCCA JONES!"
