DefiledVisions & JoeS: Thanks guys. You're both right about the neck and could definitely use that extra work. I could easily spend another day or 2 on this but I'd rather just move onto something else with the lesson learnt. I did fix the neck a little bit tho, I spotted that as soon as looked at it this morning, not sure how it got so out of proportion. I was going for her having a long, bare, slender neck to heighten the vulnerability and youth but that was just way over the top. Thanks again!

jondawo: Thanks. You're right about the composition - I was intending to go with C actually, but I knew I couldn't do that in the time I had. Also, I saw most of the other entries were action shots and I did want something iconic, like a film poster maybe. I felt that it got the lost/alone/vulnerable feel across a lot more than C too (hopefully anyways). She looked a bit too strong and confident for me in comp C, but just personal preference I guess.

Thanks for the comments, Vesh. And looking good for these comps (although I do agree about neck being a bit too stretched, ha). Great mood with the blocked in lighting, and the expression of the character is quite engaging (like death is looming). And I'm sure you agree that this redesign that was chosen for lara croft is SO cool. I love a strong, real female character. Don't see much of those, especially in games.

#940 - I detect Shaddy Safadi's brushes and workflow Cool stuff. Looking for the bigger forms is something I want to work on as well. Those minimalistic type of environments are usually my favourites.
