Gallery update not working

I cannot create my gallery for several years now. These days i had success to upload images. But system does not allow me to write bio. It says Couldn't save information! Please try again... whatewer i do

I am having a similar problem. I can add thumbnails, add albums, but when I try to fill in my location in the field where it is required, it will not save. I keep trying to add a bio, but that does not seem to save either.

This thread goes back to 2010 and it will soon be 2012!!

I sent a personal contact about this problem and continued to look for solutions when I came across this topic. After having read it, I no longer expect a response to my inquiry.

Anyway, that's some redesign... maybe you should consider a new design team. I am a developer, by trade... and artist by heart, and my wife is a designer. Maybe we could be of some help? I'm not soliciting just throwing it out there just in case...

I was able to add thumbnails and some images to my gallery but I keep getting a "Couldn't save information! Please try again..." error whenever I try to update my bio and set my country/city information. Ah well.
