I know it a WIP, but that's an awkward way to hold a sword, between the thumb and the index finger across the crossguard. Is he or she trying to drop the sword off the cliff?
I would be holding the sword by the pommel.

other then that, awesome work, as always.

Hey, thanks! I wanted him to look kind of nonchalant in the way he's holding the sword, not grabbing it too firmly. I agree it looked odd where it was though, so I tried to fix that . Kind of waiting for the client's green lights on this, as well as giving it a night's rest to see if I can spot some more mistakes tomorrow.

Final for the collab-commission. I quite like the dark feel it has, will try more like this in the future.

    HI matey

those two dragon creatures at the top there are a bit "Larry Elmore" and I say that in a highly complimentary way too, good illustration there buddy, in fact it puts me in mind of those books from years ago the "DragonLance" series they had human dragon hybrids in them too, good job!.
Tha last one with the super long arm/ leg set is brilliant! it makes you look and go uuurgh! at the same time.

well done and all my best wishes to you matey.

    Thanks Lightship!

Gesture studies and some sketch commissions. Some of them I got via FurAffinity which should explain any weirdness . Not a furry myself but let me tell you, if you're open-minded enough there's a lot of money there and money is exactly what I need right now. Getting more and more humanoid commissions which I'm pretty excited about, I'm finally starting to feel more confident when I'm drawing them. Long ways to go yet but it's getting there!

Wow, fantastic sketchbook ! Your sketches have a really nice quality to them, they seem really fluid. Your polished, finished pieces are simply amazing, too . I particularly love that dragon with the long front-legs, and the first image (the woman) in #256. Really impressive!!
Please drop by my sketchbook and help me improve!

Lovely work as always;I don't have much to say except re this one, I think you've got too much detail in the shadows. I wonder about dulling that down a tad as I did here:

Here's an image I did for Triumph Studios in the past half year during my internship as a 2D artist. They have just announced the game (Age of Wonders III) today so I'm finally allowed to share some of my work ! With thanks to the art director, of course.

Result of a new commission type I'm trying out; people give me five personality traits, a gender and a color and I come up with an appropriate mythological creature to represent them. Quite fun to work on and people seem to love the outcomes so far, so I'm gonna try and keep it up .

    Also yay, more humans!

Your paintings are pretty interesting to look at, like illustrative. Some of the work reminds me of minna sundberg, or shadowumbre. Your working style seems very refined.
