Hi... I guess I should say something about myself?

Ok. For a long time I've been browsing CA, learning by looking, and what not.
I never posted anything, due to the fact that I thought I was not good enough, and I still think so. But I decided to jump on to get crits and advices and connect with you cool people.

Sooo.... yeah... I'll post my stuff and you tell me whats wrong with it, if you like it "why do you like it", and if you hate it "why do you hate it". All of that means alot to me.

This cat in a hat attracted me to your SB. I think idea is awesome and so is expression on the cat face! Good start. I like details/rendering of cat fur too. The only thing is hat does not look natural on the cat (it would not sit at this angle for example), it is look like you drew cat by itself and drew hat by itself and combined images together without fitting them. I would kept this drawing and come back to it maybe in few months of drawing other stuff just to get a fresh perspective

Hehe, thats kinda how I did it. A friend asked me to draw a gangster cat for caffe t-shirts, so I drew a sketch of a cat and then added the hat, and apparently I didnt pay enough attention to the hat itself, I was more consumed by the idea than actual work. :]

I sketch this out today, I want to draw a soldier (my own uber soldier themed character) in a kind of, comic cover type of way.
