CB's sketchy stuff - I barf rainbows!

Ch'yea, I have no idea what I'm doing. Call me CB or Zombie or that undead thing over there with a pencil. idk whatever works.

Currently, I'm far too lazy to install my scanner, so my cellphone's camera does the trick.

I've never taken an art class in my life, so that would be why all the fail.

forgot these two. uhh, bird is from when i was reading hitch hiker's guide to the galaxy (idk some strange planet with bird people) and the mermaid is something I am currently working on. i so do not look forward to scales.

Just a small update on something I whipped up in PS last night before bed & the mermaid.

If I decide to finish the first picture, I'm going to readjust her head to look down so she's not just blankly staring at the wall she's climbing. Hopefully that'll give it a focal point and added interest.

Mermaid's tail is making me want to kill myself. Gonna have to clean it up later. P:

Trying to update this every day if I can.

worked more on the mermaid. I really don't know if I want to put a background on it or not.. it might make it look way too busy. Ughh. But the white makes it look unfinished. **grr**

did a little exercise from "How to draw with the right side of the brain". Kinda had to rush a lot of it because I ended up almost staying at the book store while they were closing up. P:

ugghh its hard to draw with bruised/swollen/sore fingers. ;^;

First try at Photoshop "painting". Idk. Reffed from a stock photo from DA and random brushes to make it purty. Got lazy on the hair.. lol.

If you don't like the white areas in your mermaid picture, you could use some type of wave pattern, or just some lines flowing along the picture. And nice work on the face study.
