    glad you've finally updated
as usual your train sketches rock the armor design on that first guy's arm has potential & the zombie kid made me laugh, nice work it's real funny. the digi is a good study, it takes quite a bit of practice to get the values right so keep at it that last post is great! the steam punk influence works very well for it & i'm looking forward to seeing MOAR of the same

keigo - thanks! this means a lot to me.
    Justyna - thanks!
SenEnd - haha, yes, I don't think I'll end up dp
Tsyroni - Ah thanks! Having a travel SB really works well against boredom. You should give it a go.
miycko - aw you thanks for the support all along. I would really like a chance to collaborate on something with you, y'know.
    Falchion - Thank you!

Now posting all art prior to new moleskine = art from 2-3 months ago.

I'll start off with this animation, which is based off midori's comic here. 50 frames in the span of 1 week. Maybe 20 hours, I don't recall. >< About 40 of those frames are hand-drawn from scratch rather than copy, paste, alter.
    Name: phenomenonfinal.gif
Views: 535
Size: 381.3 KB

And some brushwork + blue copic marker.
    Name: brushwork.png
Views: 521
Size: 356.8 KB

And the final pages of my old and first moleskine SB:

trainsketched randoms and fae. I imagine the female fae's smile was due to some male fae's proud boasting, so he was drawn after.
    Name: moleskine-27.jpg
Views: 501
Size: 88.3 KB

This page was done in the week I procured Starcraft 2. I tried to soak up the artwork, and reproduce zerg-typed creatures on the train but it didn't work out so well.
    Name: moleskine-29.jpg

More Mayhem, Death and modern day War, characters from the Chaos! realm.
    Name: moleskine-30.jpg
Views: 500
Size: 86.2 KB

Bottom half wasn't a train sketch- I just wanted to draw the main guy from Dragon Age 3 after watching the trailer, so... I did a quick sketch.
    Name: moleskine-31.png
Views: 519
Size: 376.0 KB

And now something digital that I worked on 6 weeks ago that's bugging me for all those time. I might fix it up sometime.

Thanks for dropping by my sketchbook, you've got a pretty cool style too! Kudos on your animation, I've been trying to do that too, but it's so time consuming... I've never finished mine. The brushwork works looks really nice too, I like a lot. I want to see more of that from you

    andres333- thank you!
keigo- animation does take up a fair bit of time...

    Now posting more recent art.

Train sketches in new moleskine SB-

pg4 spread- random; trying to stare at trees long enough and reproduce a similar one later.

    pg 5 spread- tried to study some guns without drawing, then drawing them from what i can recall later. the guns are pretty much a combination of a couple of guns and won't work really. s;

Fixed up the digital piece from before too-

And revisiting last year's wip. >< Argh. I think I need to fix the highlights/contrast on Ash to blend him into the rest. For this I think there's no need for the cging to be perfect; trying for a less polished look.

I just saw your sketchbook and i think its great ! An amateur artist like me can learn a lot from these pieces.

btw "Julien" is soooo cute anyways she could use wee bit shading on her face. (just a thought)

    keep up the good work.

Goldenstripe- no, I haven't been proud enough of any of my so-called finished work to actually have a proper gallery. I have heaps of old completed stuff on my deviantart page, but I wouldn't subject anyone to them yet.

devastacio - thanks! "Julien", who I've wrongly misplaced the image for- I assumed you are referring to the faerie/elf- I've been thinking of reworking/colouring her at some point. I will consider that advice, thank you.

Nice works, you're really improving I like a lot last work in #123, hope to see more of this style As for a little critics: in animation don't forget about timing, it seems like all your frames just pasted in a raw without any pauses.
    Keep updating

Awesome SB! I especially like your foot study, good stuff! Your anatomy is very well done and you have really nice clean lines. keep up the good work!
"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."

Hi il! Thanks for the visit to my sketchbook. Appreciate it a lot.
I enjoy your studies and sketches. I also really like your styles. Your understanding in human proportion is great, I think that's because you brave yourself to do different poses from mind. I've to follow your examples Painting is hard I agree, but the more you do it the easier it gets Keep it up you, you're doing good!

Oh and, this animation just made my day. So funny

np, your work's really inspiring and i'd really like to work on something with you as well
i love that animation, it's so adorable, don't think i have the patience to draw frame after - frame like that, kudos to you it's very nicely done the moleskin sketches - i really like the fae's and i'm glad you decided to color her, pages 3 & 5 from your new sketchbook are great as well. i like the digital piece of the girl with the stars too, a bit more variation in color would be good, maybe some red and purple i think. great bone study, for the WIP of ash and shaun when you decide to work on it next you could try desaturating the background or making it slightly blue so the characters pop out more. the two hour speed paint looks good

It has been a while. I've been postponing these updates because I've been lazy to update.

Lang Oulk - have been thinking about that more when I draw now. Thank you!

    vices - thank you~~ :3

in2eternity - thanks so much~ I will keep the timing in mind for future animations~

MaFeng - let's learn from each other. we both still have a way to go~

    Rhoades - thanks, mate!

witcrack - I will most definitely work more on painting. I really need to dedicate my time into it. Patience is a lacking attribute but hopefully I can do this~

    a la bapsi - aw thanks~!

Saran09 - very kind of you, friend.

seungy - ack, here's an update! Oh I haven't seen you at the Arthouse recently but I saw your friend attending... how are things?

miycko - oh errrk I've been so busy! Anyway will pick up where I left off in the PM on an art collab~

Mag-Neo - hey let's meet up again! Happy New Year to you too~ May it be prosperous.

Some other... AssCreed stuff I did (I'm a little obsessed):

    Sketchpaint of Claudia Auditore-

Mixed Media of errr... Altair and Malik in WW1 setting, traditional brush pen, filters and textures in PS-

    -- Moleskine Train sketches --

The following characters are from a realm my friends and I came up with- if you've been following my SB, I've drawn them before (Mayhem, Anarchy/Liberty, Catastrophe in this order). Slightly revamped- my favourite is probably Catastrophe.

    Random train sketches-

Random dude probably on board some ship, a range of body sketches to express body language but all without refs, bottom left- fae?, random dude, and Prince of Persia (2008) inspired outfits I guess. I was going for desert gear.

    F and D

Faun and Delphyn is very good! Cool to see so much work, a prolific sketchbook.

    Journey not destination... totally

Finally you update!! This is a farce, you need to keep posting!! LOL
Great sense of believability and sincerity in your characters.

Yeah been busy with my semester now and don't really have the time to go as often. I have been though since I last met you there but not in the last few weeks.

Hope you're doing well, we should meet up again sometime and do some sketches!
