    I think you understood the most important...volumes, work from life, anatomy, I can say " more"....I can maybe add, more contrast, you post two portraits, one of morgan freeman, try once to have a light gray everywhere, draw darkers shadows then do highlights with an eraser.... in a way to create "homogeneity" in your drawing...

    @dessinateurimpulsif:
    Thank you i feel the improvement too
    Thanks for the advice according to the portraits, I already searched for a kind brownish paper to avoid that problemn an add some light with a white pencil, but i couldn't find something that fitted my ideas.

    Here are some sketches and anatomy studies I did last week ( used a lot of ref. from algenpflegers stuff)

    Hey Elophant thanks for your kind words in my Sketchbook. You've made great progress in yours and I really like your cartoon heads and imagination. There's a great sense of fun and energy in your drawings which is great. I especially liked this little cartoon.

    I agree with Marian - great progress you're making here. You are working on all the key things, anatomy, bridgman, still life, a little bit of colour and some sketches from imagination. Just keep on building up that visual library and good luck!

    Wow that's really good stuff. I like your cartooned faces, they have loads of "spunk" (or character... not really sure how to describe it). One thing that i see is that on a couple of the more realistic drawings the chins/jaws seem to be out of proportion to the rest of the face. (IMO)

    Hey! Thanks for stopping by my sketchbook and the kind words. It's possible that you did see me on youtube with Matt Archambault but maybe not. xD

    Anyway! Awesome sketchbook : D I really dig the color study portrait in post #64. I'm a sucker for bright contrasting colors like that.
    Keep drawing and keep posting! I'll be looking forward to more.

    I didn't post anything for like a month or something, because I was super hardcore busy with school and a lot of design work I recently did. For the sake of it and to promote our small business at least a little me and a friend of mine created a facebook fanpage. Ja,... and it's doin pretty well

    I'll show you some of the stuff I did the last weeks.
