I have some news i would like to share with you guys!
My own Game just did hit the Apple APP Store.
It is a cool and fun action Puzzle for Iphone and ipod touch.

Please check out the trailer and get the game if you like it!

That type of game is super addictive. I play the version of it on neopets all the time (tombola fruits i think?) I doubt you'll have trouble selling such an addictive game with such strange art. I can picture you doing an interview on Vampire Freaks.com for this btw

Randis, Puzzlevania is really fun and addictive! However the game crashes frequently in-game for me with an iPhone 3G/OS4, I filed a bug report through the app store .

Sometimes on Iphone and ipod touch, after installing a new App its best to restart the device. If you happen to experience weird crashes or trouble with game controls, try restarting your iphone/ipod

To turn completely off:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then slide the slider.

To turn on:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Please restart and see if that fixes the issue.

I can't wait for it to be available again on appstore, its just the kind of game I want on my iphone. -if it's fun that is I remember playing Clash of Heroes on the DS, which was a perfect blend of rpg and puzzle, I hope you've managed to do something similar, then I think this could be a big hit

About the roughness, i am no fan of custom brushes, digital painting does not have to emulate traditional media imo, i don't try it even.

I simply adore your work, its always a pleasure to see.

I wanted to take a moment to talk about the above statement.

There will always be a component who say electronic artwork needs to look like traditional artwork. Or some might say they miss seeing brushstrokes, or 'texture' or 'grit' etc. Some might say that a piece of artwork can be made to look better by some dirtying up, overlaying textures, etc.

I say get the hell out of my monitor.

Keep your clean style, I love it and appreciate it. The issue for many is that texture fills and overlays are a good and quick way to hide a lack of detail or finish. Without it, you're a little more naked - I think you know what I mean.

And I like that, and I love your work!

Thanks! Tho, i should clarify. Working with texture is fine, according to some styles i use a lot of texture too, especially if its about doing quick concepts. I however don't like to copy the look of natural media but just because i don't like it it does not mean that it's a bad thing, its just my personal taste. If i want my picture to look like oil then i paint it in oil.
Of course, if a client wants a oil look, client will get the oil look
